Ring in the New Year with some fun New Years crafts.
Make some glass charms to mark who's glass is who's. All you'll need is some silver or gold string or ribbon, some shiny beads and a charm for each one you're planning to make.
String about 3 or 4 beads, the charm, then 3 or 4 more beads. You may want to knot before and after the beads so they don't slip off if someone unties it from thier glass. Your guests could also keep them as bracelets after the party.
More of an "after New Years" craft, Have your guests take photos of the party for you using disposable cameras. Make sure they leave the camreas with you!
After you get the photos developed, you can make a scrapbook for the party. If you have a lot of photos, maybe make mini scrapbooks for each guest too.
Try making your own party hats. The kids will have fun with this one! Color the bottom of a paper plate & write "Happy New Year!" on it in large letters. Roll it into a cone shape and staple the edges to make a cone shape hat like they sell in the stores.
Or you could cut a circle in the plate to make like a visor. Use the piece you cut out to put a stand-up message on the front.

Quick and easy.
You have plates in your pantry, right?
