Do you need some quick 4th of July craft ideas?
Something to decorate your party or picnic area? Make your home festive? Something quick and easy for the kids to do?
There are lots of easy decorations you can make for Independence day, quick crafts for your home. Such as, cutting stars out of red, white, or blue felt and gluing them onto Popsicle sticks or bamboo skewers. you can then stick them into your centerpiece on your table, your potted plants, or into your buffet (like cake toppers).
Most craft stores have cheap foam visor pieces the kids can decorate. You can use glitter, rhinestone stars, foam star shapes, US flag print ribbon or fabric, paint, or whatever you can find around the house.
I also have Patriotic coloring pages you can download for free for the kids to color. If you print it out on cardstock (like pieces of poster board) it will hold up to poster paints better.
Then you can display their masterpieces in the windows of your home. Also, you could staple them to wooden stakes to decorate your picnic area if you plan to go out for a picnic dinner and watch the fireworks.
